Spencer Grayston

Sr. Avionics Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Spencer Grayston is a Sr. Avionics Systems Integration and Test Engineer currently building the next generation of launch vehicles at Relativity Space. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from the University of Washington, where they participated in various research projects, including investigating in-situ resource utilization capabilities of pulsed plasma thrusters. Prior to their current role, Spencer gained experience as a Test Engineer III at Blue Origin, where they led pre/post-launch maintenance test activities for the New Shepard Crew Capsule. Spencer also held internships and research positions in aerospace engineering, contributing to wind tunnel experiments and advancing software systems for laboratory efficiency.
