Sylvie Seeker

Sylvie Seeker is a highly experienced engineer specializing in avionics, with a focus on developing cutting-edge technology for space vehicles. Currently serving as Principal Vehicle Engineer at Relativity Space since January 2019, Sylvie has played a key role in advancing avionics for new vehicles and enhancing instrumentation for 3D printing. Previously, Sylvie worked at SpaceX from June 2014 to January 2019, progressing from an Avionics Hardware Development Intern to Electrical Engineer II, where significant contributions were made to the Fairing Recovery project and various flight qualification phases. Early career experiences include internships at Goodrich Sensor Systems, where testing systems for MEMS gyros were improved, and at Daktronics, contributing to event management software. Sylvie holds a Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Vision from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
