Sr Manager, Mission Reliability & Certification at Relativity Space

Tim Le is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Sr Manager for Mission Reliability & Certification and Terran 1 Product Lead at Relativity Space since September 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing flight readiness, vehicle reliability, engineering process development, risk management, mission assurance, flight safety, failure investigations, and fostering team spirit. Prior to this role, Tim worked at BLUE ORIGIN as a Product Integrity Engineer, contributing to the New Shepard first human flight certification, and served as a Propulsion Engineer for the BE-4 engine at SpaceX. Tim's significant contributions at SpaceX also included responsibilities as a Flight Reliability Engineer, where crucial human-rated safety certifications for Falcon 9 and Dragon vehicles were achieved, along with launch campaign leadership and technical reviews with NASA. Earlier experiences include internships at SpaceX and The Aerospace Corporation. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA.
