Tyler Thibault

Tyler Thibault is an experienced professional in facilities engineering and aerospace ground equipment management, currently serving as Lead of Facilities Engineering at Relativity Space since August 2022. With a background in the US Air Force Reserve as Assistant Flight Chief of the Aerospace Ground Equipment Flight, Tyler has overseen the activities of cross-functional teams, managed significant government resources, and implemented quality assessments for personnel training. Prior roles included serving as Project Manager at Syncom Space Services, where Tyler managed NASA projects with substantial budgets, and as Production Support Lead Engineer, focusing on the Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University and an Associate’s Degree in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
