Corey Ward

Corey Ward is an experienced software engineer and organizer with a strong background in application delivery and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Currently, Corey serves as an Organizer for DevOpsDays Chicago since November 2022 and has been a Senior Software Engineer at Relativity since January 2015, where responsibilities include enabling over 100,000 monthly production deployments of over 100 applications. Prior experience at Relativity includes roles as an Advanced Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on CI/CD frameworks, server configuration, and infrastructure provisioning. Additionally, Corey has experience as an Independent Contractor for Chess Technologies and educational roles at City Colleges of Chicago and Chicago State University. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science from City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College.
