Eva Pfeiffer

Eva Pfeiffer has extensive experience in incident management and application support, currently serving as Incident Management Lead at Relativity since July 2017, with prior roles as Incident Manager, Application Specialist II, and Application Specialist. Before Relativity, Eva held the position of Assistant General Manager at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas from June 2008 to April 2011 and served as Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Chicago from April 2003 to June 2008. Eva's educational background includes studies in Data Forensics and Information Technology at College of Lake County, along with certificates in Criminal Justice and Enterprise Desktop Support from the same institution. Additional academic credentials were pursued at the University of Illinois Chicago.
