Grace Shao is currently an Applied Scientist at Relativity, where they utilize their expertise in data science and sociology. In a previous role as an Applied Science Intern at Relativity, Grace developed a modular pipeline for generating customizable synthetic data and published an article on statistical validation in AI technologies. They also held a position as an MLOps Intern at Argonne National Laboratory, where they created a knowledge graph for automatic policy simulations. Grace has been a Teaching Assistant at the University of Chicago and contributed as a Research Assistant at the Knowledge Lab, presenting research at international conferences. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in Computational Social Science at the University of Chicago.
