Jan Kościałkowski

Jan Kościałkowski is a seasoned professional in the fields of data science and actuarial science, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Applied Science at Relativity since September 2024. With a diverse background, Jan has held roles including Technology Advisor, Co-Founder, Tech Lead, and Senior Actuarial Data Scientist at Quantee, and Data Science Manager at Allegro. Previous experience includes Co-Founder at Banacha Street, Actuarial Analyst at Aviva, and Consultant at JK Data Science Consulting. Jan's early career featured internships and projects focused on risk management and data analysis at institutions such as PKO Bank Polski, Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, and SECO/WARWICK Group. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, along with Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics, Economics, and Physics, all from the University of Warsaw.
