Janelle Rice

Janelle Rice is an experienced training and instructional design professional currently serving as the Training & Instructional Design Manager at Relativity since February 2017, where responsibilities include designing, delivering, and maintaining diverse training programs for effective use of e-discovery software. Previously, Janelle held various instructional design roles at McDonald's Corporation from May 2014 to October 2016, developing impactful learning solutions for over 30,000 restaurants worldwide using the ADDIE method. Early career experience includes marketing communications coordination at ICCNexergy, Inc., alongside customer service and administrative roles at RTS Packaging. Janelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
