Previously, Jim was a Product Director, successfully launching multiple IT products tailored for the legal industry and expanding the customer base. In roles as a Consultant at VeriCX and Director at Dun & Bradstreet, Jim demonstrated expertise in operational excellence and customer strategy, driving impactful transformations and enhancing performance metrics. With a robust background at Unisys and Public Service Electric & Gas, Jim has a consistent track record of improving sales, operational performance, and customer satisfaction through strategic program development and execution. Jim holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
