John Shpati is a seasoned professional in user experience research with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Relativity since October 2022, John previously contributed to General Motors from April 2016 to October 2022 as both a User Experience Researcher and Global Subsystem Validation Engineer, focusing on the OnStar platform for Europe. Earlier experience includes leading North American security transitions at Bosch USA as a System Analyst and providing analytical support in pharmacy systems at Meridian Health.
