Katie Scharnagle has extensive experience in talent development and marketing, currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Development at Relativity since July 2015, following roles as Senior Talent Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, Marketing Project Specialist, and Digital Marketing Associate. Prior to Relativity, Katie was involved with aSweatLife as an Ambassador, promoting health and wellness, and worked as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. Early career experiences include various positions at Marketing Werks, including Account Coordinator and Assistant Account Coordinator, where strategic communication and event management skills were developed. Additionally, Katie has held roles at University Tees as Campus Manager and at Augustana College as Peer Mentor and Student Secretary, along with a Public Relations Internship at DEC Communications. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Augustana College, completed in 2014.
