Malinda Lee is an experienced leader in customer success management with a strong track record at Relativity since December 2014. As Director of Global Customer Success Management, Malinda oversees a team of six managers and their respective customer success teams across the U.S. Previously, in the role of Senior Manager, Malinda led law firm and service provider CSM teams, receiving the 2023 Collaboration Award for the development of the "Verified Outcomes" process. Malinda has a history of team and account growth, having expanded the law firm CSM team size significantly and implemented strategic methodologies to enhance customer engagement and value. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Channel Manager, where Malinda achieved notable increases in product adoption and account growth. With a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from North Park University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, Malinda combines a strong educational foundation with extensive industry expertise.
