Scott Milner serves as the Global Head and Practice Group Leader of the eData Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where tenure began in February 2004, and also holds the title of Partner. In addition, Milner is a member of the Attorney Advisory Board for Relativity, and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Georgetown Advanced eDiscovery Institute. Milner contributes to the Planning Committee for the University of Florida E-Discovery Conference and is an active member of The Sedona Conference's Working Group 1 and Technology Resource Panel. Academic achievements include multiple certificates from Harvard Business School Online and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.
