Sean Neilsen

Sean Neilsen possesses extensive experience in talent development and customer service training, currently serving as Manager of Talent Pathways Programming and Fellows Development at Relativity since June 2016. Previous roles include Senior Certification Specialist and Certification Specialist, where Sean contributed to the innovation of examination content and maintained certification standards. Prior to Relativity, Sean held various positions at Groupon, culminating as Senior Customer Service Trainer, where responsibilities included creating virtual training content and improving trainer effectiveness. Sean's leadership and process improvement skills are further demonstrated through management roles at Wilderness Falls and other earlier positions. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Musical Theatre from Millikin University.
