Spencer Nickless

Spencer Nickless, SPHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Development at Relativity since March 2022, Spencer focuses on leadership development and manager enablement. Prior to this role, Spencer held multiple positions at Marine Corps Community Services, including Personal and Professional Development Specialist and Talent Management Specialist, from November 2018 to March 2022. Spencer’s earlier experience includes working as a Training Facilitator at the U.S. Department of Labor from May 2017 to November 2018. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resources Training and Development, both from Colorado State University Global.
