Anna Bailey

Anna Bailey has a diverse work experience. Anna is currently the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) at Relavo, a medical device start-up focused on making home dialysis more accessible. Anna co-founded the company in 2018 and oversees regulatory affairs, clinical development, and customer discovery.

Before joining Relavo, Anna worked as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Medicine in the Women's Health research group. Anna was involved in implementing and analyzing experiments related to the impact of an inflammatory environment during pregnancy on neurological development using a mouse model.

Anna also worked as a Program Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University from September 2016 to May 2019. In addition, they served as a Research Assistant at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for a brief period in June and July 2017.

Anna started their career as a Design Assistant at Jhpiego in March 2016, where they contributed to design projects.

Anna Bailey completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering between the years 2015 and 2019.
