Built from venture DNA, for uncompromising institutions and leaders. We provide secondary and primary access and liquidity solutions to family offices, RIAs, and leading alternatives investors.

We started Relay because we believe that secondaries are a vital part of the venture ecosystem, an important enabler to continued innovation through LPs, GPs, companies, and employees. With innovation underpinning every aspect of modern daily life; the health of this ecosystem affects us all.

Now working with over 150 leading funds and founders (and growing), Relay delivers institutional-grade secondary services with a human touch. We have a presence across North America, Europe, MENA, and beyond.

No marketplaces. No unprofessional players. Just high-touch partnerships and deep domain expertise. We’ve worked direct secondaries, GP-led, multi-asset, LP stakes, and more.
