Founded by Neil Walsh and Richard Healy, Relay is a London-based sales agency, brand advisory and commissioning platform for new design. Since its establishment in 2009, Relay Design Agents has sought to work with future-focused companies engaged in sustainable manufacturing and design innovation.

As an agency Relay represents leading contract furniture, lighting and acoustic brands, promoting them to the A&D community. Working closely with a network of dealers and resellers these brands have been featured in leading design schemes throughout the UK and Ireland.

“Relay identifies ones to watch in design [...] we’ve tapped into their knowhow on numerous occasions. We’ve always found them to be generous with their time and spot on when identifying ones to watch and trends in the world of contemporary design.” - OnOffice Power List

As advisors Relay consults across a broad range of design companies from international manufacturers wishing to explore export opportunities in the UK and Ireland, to interior designers & architects seeking up-to-date feedback on emerging themes and new design.

As commissioners Relay initiated the Arcade Collection, a platform showcasing unique & limited edition design. The invitation to produce work as part of the Arcade Collection has a strong focus on experimentation, allowing artists and designers space to produce work outside of their regular remit.

Relay Design Agency has been featured in Architectural Digest Pro (US), Design Milk (US), Dezeen (UK), Elle Decoration (UK/NL), Ideat (FR), Novembre (IT), Say Hi To (US), Sight Unseen (US) and Wallpaper (UK)
