Darrell Pickens

Darrell Pickens has a wealth of experience in the technology and logistics industries. From 2003-2007, they worked as an Engineer I for the Southern California Gas Company. From 2007-2010, they worked for Taco Bell as a Senior Equipment Engineer and Equipment Engineer 7. In 2010, they were promoted to Innovation Engineering Manager and National Implementation Manager. In 2011, they founded 3Power Logistics Management, a Logistics company that provides innovative and technology driven solutions to minimize freight costs for refrigerated perishables. In 2014, they became President of Kitchen Robotics and Automation Systems, a company that develops cost effective custom automation solutions for kitchens. Finally, in 2018, they founded Relay OnDemand, an innovative technology company that matches truck drivers with trucking companies in real-time.

Darrell Pickens earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2004. Darrell then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at UC Irvine.
