Annie Poulos

Annie Poulos has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting. Annie began their career in 2003 as an Assurance Manager at EY. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Director of SEC Reporting at LipoScience, Inc. In 2015, Annie held two roles simultaneously, Vice President of Finance at Etix and Corporate Controller at Nephrogenex, where they managed and oversaw all facets of finance and accounting functions, corporate compliance with U.S. GAAP reporting, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, as well as budgeting/forecasting. From 2017 to 2021, Annie served as Corporate Controller at Republic Wireless. Annie currently holds the role of VP, Controller at Relay.

Annie Poulos completed their Master's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University between 1997 and 2003.
