Chris Chuang has over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecom industries. Chris began their career in 1998 as an Intern Analyst for Morgan Stanley, followed by a Summer Analyst position at JP Morgan in 1999. In 2000, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Strategy Consultant in their Silicon Valley office. In 2003, they became an Associate at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where they co-led the firm's coverage of the telecom markets and co-led their investment in Motricity, Inc. In 2005, they took on the role of VP Strategic Development at Motricity. In 2008, they joined Bandwidth.com as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy and Product Officer, and VP Financial Planning & Strategic Development. In 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Republic Wireless, a WiFi first mobile carrier that has been ranked #1 by Consumer Reports 3 years in a row and has saved its members over $500M off their cell phone bills. In 2018, they launched Relay, a first-of-its-kind screen free communications product for young children. In 2021, they became Co-founder and CEO of Relay Inc.
