Dave Nead has extensive experience in maintenance and production management roles, working for various companies such as Oregon Spirit Distillers, Relay Resources, Taylor Made Labels, RR Donnelley, Graphic Packaging International, International Paper, and InterCo Print. Dave has held titles such as Building Maintenance, Production Manager, Maintenance and Service Technician, Colorsetter, Supervisor, and Plant Supervisor. Dave has a strong background in meeting quality and production requirements, tracking machine efficiencies, maintaining and modifying equipment, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members. Dave is skilled in scheduling workflow, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of work.
