Customer Support Manager /Lead Tech Support Engineer at Relay2

Youping Liu has worked in the technical support industry since 2004. In that time, they have held various positions at Airlink101, Proxim Wireless, Aerohive Networks, and Relay2. At Airlink101, they were a Senior Network Support Engineer, responsible for leading the Technical Support team, providing 3rd level escalations support, helping the sales team with network designs, and reviewing documents and knowledge articles. At Proxim Wireless, they were a Senior Customer Support Engineer, providing customer support to end customers, identifying and correcting operational issues, and assisting customers in achieving their goals. At Aerohive Networks, they were a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing third level technical support to global enterprise customers and partners, providing configurations and troubleshooting, and managing support cases. Finally, at Relay2, they are a Customer Support Manager and Lead Tech Support Engineer, leading the Customer Support operation, troubleshooting escalated customer issues, and maintaining and enhancing the CRM for case management and knowledge base.

Youping Liu obtained a BS in Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology between 1982 and 1986. Youping then went on to earn a Master in Engineering from the same institution between 1986 and 1989. Finally, they completed their Ph.D in Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing between 1992 and 1994. Youping also holds certifications in CCNA, CCDA, and MCSE.
