Relayed is building the coordination layer for logistics across Africa.

In many African cities, delivery doesn’t rely on addresses—it relies on phone calls. Riders spend hours calling customers, navigating unclear locations, and handling each parcel as a one-off. This makes delivery inefficient, expensive, and difficult to scale.

Relayed turns this into a network.

We introduce shared drop-off points—starting with parcel lockers—so deliveries can be completed without constant coordination. Instead of point-to-point trips, parcels move through structured nodes, making routes shorter, more predictable, and more efficient.

We are starting in Ghana by deploying our first nodes in high-density environments like universities, where parcel flow is already concentrated and repeatable. From there, we are expanding across similar environments throughout Africa.

Our long-term goal is to become the shared logistics layer that couriers, merchants, and platforms plug into.
