Frank Schmidt

Frank Schmidt, M.Sc. Dipl.-Ing., is a multipreneur who has dedicated their career to shaping effective change experiences within organizations. Since 2010, they have served as a facilitator, moderator, business and leadership coach, and keynote speaker through their own company. Frank is currently a certified event and business moderator at Moderatorenschule Baden-Württemberg and a facilitator for co-creative C-Level workshops at Co-Create GmbH. Their previous roles include Head of SAP New Business Sales & Channel at FIS and Sales Regional Director for IoT at PTC. Frank maintains an active presence in the professional speaking community as a member of the German Speakers Association and contributes as a senior leadership coach at Relevance.
