Ron Fleischer has been in the retail industry for over 25 years. Ron began their career as AVP of Planning & Allocation for The TJX Companies. Ron then spent 10 years with Kurt Salmon, first as Manager/Senior Manager, and then as Partner/Managing Director. In 2010, they left Kurt Salmon to start their own company, Avoda Advisors. Avoda Advisors was acquired by RELEX Solutions in January 2019, and Fleischer now serves as SVP Operations, North America.
Ron Fleischer received their Bachelor's degree from City University of New York-Brooklyn College. Afterward, they completed a program called "Leading with Analytics Powered Strategy" at Kellogg Executive Education.
