Michelle Smith is an experienced abstractor currently working at South Oak Title since September 2022 and at Reli Settlement Solutions, LLC since March 2020. With a background in compiling abstract property reports for title insurance, Michelle has held previous positions as an abstractor at Common Bond Title, LLC from October 2015 to March 2020 and as an independent real estate title abstractor from 1999 to October 2015. In addition to their work in real estate, Michelle is a freelance writer and editor, with publications including the YA fantasy series "The Genie Chronicles: Heir to the Lamp & Solomon's Bell" through World Weaver Press. Michelle studied at Jacksonville State University.
