David Carter

David Carter has extensive experience in logistics, currently serving as a Logistics Analyst at Reliability & Performance Technologies since March 2022. Additionally, David has been a Logistics Management Specialist with the United States Department of Defense since December 2005. David holds a Level II Certification in Life Cycle Logistics, obtained from the Defense Acquisition University between 2016 and 2018.
