Jeff Rice

Jeff Rice is a Senior System Engineer at Reliability & Performance Technologies, specializing in the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program for the Navy's Block V VIRGINIA-class submarines and ZUMWALT-class Destroyers since December 2022.
