Paul Thompson

Paul Thompson is a maritime executive specializing in marine commercial and military integrated power system design and execution. Currently serving as VP Marine Industrial Growth at Reliability & Performance Technologies since 2025, Thompson previously held leadership roles at Trident Maritime Systems, IMECO, Inc, and GE Energy, focusing on business development and delivering innovative solutions for the U.S. Navy. Thompson's extensive experience includes a tenure at Converteam, where they influenced business strategies and partnerships within the U.S. Department of Navy. Thompson earned a B.Sc(Hons) M.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester, completing their studies in 1994.
