Dan Leising has a solid work experience in the field of Information Technology. Dan started their career in 2004 as a Technical Work Experience (TWE) Student at Kent City Schools, where they gained early experience providing IT and computer services. Dan then moved on to Bridgestone in 2007, where they worked as a PC Rollout Technician and later as a Client Computing Technician, providing solutions and training to engineers involved in tire operations. Dan also assisted in establishing process documentation during the transition to ITIL service management practices. In 2012, Dan joined ReliabilityFirst Corporation as a Desktop Analyst, and later as a Senior Systems Analyst. In this role, they served as the primary point of contact for infrastructure and networking devices and played a key role in the company-wide physical to virtual migration. Their responsibilities also included configuration, documentation, and upgrades of various IT systems.
Dan Leising obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management and e-Business Management from The University of Akron, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in GIAC Continuous Monitoring (GMON) obtained in January 2017 and GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN) obtained in March 2015 from GIAC.
