Dwayne Fewless has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Dwayne started their career in 1993 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, serving for seven years. In 2000, they transitioned to the private sector and worked at One Communications (formerly Choice One) in various roles such as Repair Technician, Tech Support, and Repair Manager.

In 1999, Dwayne received a Certificate in Senior Leadership after completing the Sergeants Course at USMC. Dwayne also obtained a Certificate in Leadership from the Corporals Course at USMC in 1997. Dwayne's education journey began at Heritage Christian School, where they completed their General Studies and obtained a Diploma from 1989 to 1993.
