Lindsey Stephens, PE, is a Senior Technical Auditor for the Operations and Planning team within ReliabilityFirst. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, Lindsey has accumulated a wealth of experience across various roles, including Lead Strategy and Planning Manager at Duke Energy Corporation and Reliability Engineer at SERC Reliability Corporation. Lindsey also contributes to the YMCA of Greater Charlotte as a Yoga Teacher and was the founder of the Employee Resource Group Open Minds, promoting mental health awareness in the workplace.
