George Williams is an experienced leader and educator in the field of reliability engineering and asset management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ReliabilityX since August 2019, George previously held the position of Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where training classes in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance were developed and delivered. From February 2016 to August 2019, George served as the Director of Asset Management at B. Braun Medical, focusing on Reliability Excellence and fostering a culture of reliability across the organization. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co, where George authored corporate directives on Maintenance and Calibration and led the global Reliability Excellence Initiative. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering Management from Monash University, complemented by studies in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University and education at Mastbaum AVTS.
