Brandon Suarez has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Brandon is currently working as the Vice President of UAS Integration at Reliable Robotics Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Chair of Special Committee 228 (UAS) at RTCA, Inc. starting in 2020. Brandon also held various roles at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, including Technical Director from 2017 to 2022 and Project Engineer from 2011 to 2017. Brandon started their career as an Aerospace Engineer at Aurora Flight Sciences in 2009 and later pursued their graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. Brandon also gained experience as an Academy member at NASA Ames Research Center in 2007 and worked as a System Engineering Intern at Honeywell in 2006.
Brandon Suarez has a strong educational background in aerospace engineering. Brandon earned a Masters of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009, and later pursued further studies at the same institution, obtaining an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2009 to 2011. In 2017, they attended the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering for the Executive Perspective for Scientists and Engineers program. Additionally, Suarez has also obtained certifications as a Radio Operator, General Class from the Federal Communications Commission in 2020, and as a Commercial Pilot, Instrument Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2009.
