Sridhar K. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Sridhar co-founded Reliable Software in 2011, where they serve as the COO, overseeing business operations and leading strategic initiatives. Sridhar focuses on driving continuous improvement and leveraging new technologies for digital transformation. Prior to this, they co-founded DataFactZ in 2011, serving as the CFO. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Enterprise Rent A Car from 2003 to 2011, a Sr. Software Engineer at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, a Lead Software Engineer at Sprint from 1999 to 2001, and a Software Engineer at TCS from 1997 to 1999.

Sridhar K. completed a degree in Applied Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University from 1995 to 1997.
