Andy Oh is a Chief Estimator at Reliance Construction, bringing extensive knowledge in construction project management and cost control for both public and private sectors. With a career spanning several notable positions, including Director of Construction Finance at Lifetime Developments and Associate Director at Great Gulf, they have managed infrastructure projects such as a $2.6 billion transit extension in Toronto, as well as health-care and commercial projects up to $300 million. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University, obtained in 2004.
