Simran Sarkar is currently a Reliance Undergraduate Scholar at Reliance Foundation and is a Deep Learning - Image Processing Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, under Dr. Atul Thakur. Simran serves as the Class Representative for the Batch of 2027 and is actively involved as a Coordinator and Core Team Member in the Rocketry and Aviation Club. Additionally, Simran contributes to Coincent.ai as an Artificial Intelligence with Python analyst and is a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, scheduled for mid-2025. Further involvement includes core team positions at Tinkerers Lab IIT Patna and NJACK, as well as being a Team Member in Team Phoenix IIT Patna. Simran is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at IIT Patna following graduation from Ashok Hall Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kolkata.
