Mike A. has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Mike started their career at Motorola as a Division Controller and Finance Manager, where they worked for 14 years. Mike then moved on to General Dynamics, where they served as a Senior Division Controller for six years. Following that, Mike joined BAE Systems as Director of Finance for four years. Mike then worked as the Director of Finance at West Pharmaceutical Services for a year. After that, they had contract roles at Medicis Pharmaceuticals and Meritus Health Partners, where they focused on financial planning and analysis. Currently, Mike is the CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance at Matrix Absence Management. In this role, they provide strategic guidance to the senior leadership team and oversees various financial functions, such as general accounting, financial planning and analysis, payroll, and pricing. Mike is also responsible for facility operations and purchasing for seven Matrix properties across the United States.
