Reliance Production Optimization is a growing oil and gas technology and services company in the field of production operations in the Grand Cache, Alberta region established in 2007. Field and plant production is a crucial component to a profitable natural gas operation. Natural gas resource owners need individuals on the ground to monitor and upkeep equipment to market their products. Far too often in our industry there is a significant disconnect between business segments of Head offices’, and ground production operators. Reliance focuses on making the linkage about cost information, allowing operators to make more cost effective choices.

Our company runs on the idea that operating excellence is achieved through cost efficiency, technical know-how and hard work. Using up to date data generating and gathering techniques we create an environment that encourages communication with clients and staff to find lasting operations solutions.

Mission Statement: Every well, at it's best, all the time

Why we do this:

We believe field team members are a corner stone to create successful businesses.

In field team members have the ability, choice, and responsibility to maximize the profits of the company. Given the knowledge and resources to make the correct choices field team members can make significant changes to the business’s economics.

We believe most oil and gas companies are weak in this core structure of their corporation and it is essential for having a competitive business right now in the oil and gas industry.

We believe the ground team members need to be conscious of the bottom line numbers and how important every action they take affects the company as a whole.

We believe maintaining a safe working environment is not only critical for attracting and maintain top team members but maintaining safety is also critical for bottom line profits
