Jim Button

Jim Button currently serves as the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Reliant, where responsibilities include oversight of Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk Management functions. Prior to this role, Jim Button was the Attorney and co-owner of McIlnay Button Law LLC, and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at iTeam Companies, where Jim Button held the position of Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Administration at Works, and General Counsel at eFunds. Jim Button holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Business from Valparaiso University.
