Reliant Foundation is an independent 501c3 public charity, not affiliated with any health care facility or medical group, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals of all ages in the Central and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts.

Reliant Foundation offers grants to non-profit organizations within its service area for the purpose of supporting programs that battle critical public health issues like the substance use disorder, and children’s mental health.
Our next proposal deadline for nonprofits in our service area to apply for support is October 3, 2022. Please go to our website for guidelines and more information.
