Casey Martin

Casey Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Casey started their career as a Security Analyst at ReliaQuest in July 2014 and later moved on to become a Security Engineer in January 2016. In September 2016, they became a Lead Threat Detection Engineer and then transitioned to the role of Director of Security Operations in February 2018. Casey served in this position until November 2020 when they were promoted to Director of Threat Management. Currently, Casey holds the position of Vice President of Detection and Automation at ReliaQuest since November 2020. Prior to their time at ReliaQuest, they worked briefly as an Information Security Analyst at Syracuse University in 2014 and as a Co-operative Associate in Information Assurance at PPL Corporation in 2013.

Casey Martin has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security and Forensics from Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, Casey has obtained certifications in GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) from GIAC Certifications, Cyber security Analyst+ from CompTIA, and GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) from GIAC. The GREM certification was obtained in July 2017, the Cyber security Analyst+ certification was obtained in August 2016, and the GCIA certification was obtained in April 2016.
