Connor Hirt

Connor Hirt has a comprehensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Connor started their career as a Customer Operations Intern at Maxim Integrated in 2014. Connor then worked as a Compliance Analyst Intern at AIG in 2015 and as a Data Analyst Intern at AT&T in 2016. In 2017, they joined National Instruments as an Information Technology Data Analyst Intern.

Since 2018, Connor has been working at ReliaQuest, a security solutions company. Connor started as a Security Analyst and progressed to the role of Senior Security Analyst. Later, they took on the positions of Security Engineer, Senior Security Engineer Tier 2, and currently holds the position of Principal Security Engineer.

Connor Hirt holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems at the same university from 2011 to 2015. Connor has also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA, as well as IBM Certified Deployment Professional credentials in Security QRadar SIEM V7.4.3 and IBM QRadar SIEM V7.3.2 from IBM.
