Joe Partlow

Joe Partlow is the current Chief Technical Officer at ReliaQuest. Joe has over twenty years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on information security. Joe started their career as a consultant tech lead at Integrated Technologies in 1996. Joe then became a Senior Systems Engineer at Smith Gardner & Associates in 1997. In 2000, they were promoted to Information Security Manager at Odimo Inc (Diamond.com). Joe oversaw all development, back office and integration teams, performed security audits, and was responsible for all network and data security. Joe left Diamond.com in 2005 to become the IT/Operations Director at Auction123, where they oversaw all development and network teams and was responsible for network and information security as well as DBA functions. Joe has been with ReliaQuest since 2011 and is currently the Chief Technical Officer.

Joe Partlow has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Purdue University. Joe is certified by HP Enterprise Security Services as an ArcSight Certified Partner, and by EC-Council as a CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker). Joe is also certified by ISACA as a CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), by (ISC)² as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and by eIQNetworks as a Certified Engineer and Trainer. In addition, they have GSEC certification from the SANS Institute and NSA-IAM (Infosec Assessment Methodology) certification from the National Security Agency.
