Steve Prothero

Steve Prothero currently serves as Manager of Customer Success at ReliaQuest since May 2022, having previously held positions as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to joining ReliaQuest, Steve worked at HealthEquity from May 2014 to May 2022, where roles included Service Delivery Manager III, II, and I, as well as Partner Service Analyst, focusing on implementation, account management, and enhancing the benefit experience for enterprise clients. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Specialist at Vivint Smart Home from January 2012 to April 2014, collaborating with sales representatives to set up home security systems for clients. Steve Prothero holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah Valley University.
