Abel Wright

Abel Wright is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as Principal Data Scientist and Data Science Manager at Relias since July 2016. Wright has demonstrated expertise in leading high-impact projects, such as the development and deployment of recommender systems for the nursing sector. Prior to Relias, Wright worked at Care Management Technologies from April 2008 to July 2016 in various roles, including Software Developer and Analytics Engineer, where contributions included developing reporting and analytic tools, and Clinical Systems Analyst, which involved gathering requirements and conducting outcomes analysis. Wright began a career as a Business Analyst, supporting production systems and troubleshooting technical issues. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Franklin Pierce University.
