Wesley Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, customer support, and recruitment. Since May 2015, Wesley has held various roles at Relias, currently serving as Manager of Sales, where leadership of a 10-member team of Customer Support Consultants is a focus, along with employee development and client satisfaction. Previous positions include Learning and Development Specialist and Corporate Trainer, where Wesley delivered immersive onboarding programs and workshops. Prior experience includes roles in business development and technical recruitment at OpalStaff, as well as sales positions at State Farm agencies.
