Lead UX Researcher at Relief

Allison Dickin has over 18 years of work experience in the research field. Allison began their career in 2003 as a Program Assistant at Planned Parenthood of Nassau County, Inc. In 2007, they moved on to become a Senior Project Researcher at Harris Interactive. In 2010, they became Program Director at Brady Campaign & Center to Prevent Gun Violence. In 2012, they joined Reputation Institute as Manager, Research & Analysis. In 2014, they joined Etsy as Senior Manager, Seller Insights, and also held the roles of Seller Insights Manager, Senior UX Researcher, and Quantitative UX Researcher. In 2018, they joined Yale School of Management as a Yale Center for Customer Insights. In 2019, they started their own business, Allison Dickin, as Owner and Principle Researcher. In the same year, they also became an Advisor and Staff User Researcher at Sprig. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Relief App as Lead UX Researcher.

Allison Dickin attended Bucknell University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BA in Sociology and Economics. Allison then went on to the University of Chicago, where they earned a Master's Degree in Social Sciences in 2007.
